Designed to disassemble and reassemble #219 O-ring chains, it also works on #219 non O-ring chains (except Wippermann).  It presses out 2-pins at the same time creating a connecting link, this allows o-rings & grease to be easily reinstalled, and pressed together in the most  precision way, eliminating tightspots & bent side plates.
